I really loved the excellent customer service also they treat you like a family

The room was clean. I landed in LA at night and due to some confusion in the airport I arrived in the hotel nearly at midnight but still was able to check-in.

I wasn’t able to go to the motel because they cancelled my reservation hours before arriving sending me a text message. I paid the night in advance and they are not doing the refund to me.

The room was clean
